近日，江苏西子投资有限公司发生工商变更，原股东刘诗诗（本名 刘诗施）将所持5%股权转让给吴奇隆。

　　该公司成立于2014年3月，注册资本4200万元人民币，经营范围为项目投资、投资管理。此外，目前吴奇隆名下九江隆之心影视文化工作室（有限合伙）、江苏稻草熊文化传媒有限公司均已注销。

　　此前，有媒体发现，江苏稻草熊文化传媒有限公司为吴奇隆与刘诗施（刘诗诗原名）共同关联公司，吴奇隆在该公司担任董事长，刘诗施间接持有该公司股份。目前，该公司已注销。

　　公开资料显示，吴奇隆，1970年10月31日出生于台湾省台北市，华语影视男演员、流行乐歌手、制片人、出品人。1988年，作为小虎队成员“霹雳虎”出道。1991年，小虎队暂时解散，吴奇隆开始个人发展。2012年，凭借古装剧《步步惊心》提名第18届上海电视节白玉兰奖最佳男演员，并获得第18届上海电视节最具人气男演员奖等奖项。

　　刘诗诗，1987年3月10日出生于北京市。2011年，因在宫廷剧《步步惊心》中饰演马尔泰·若曦而赢得颇高人气，并获得第18届上海电视节白玉兰奖最具人气女演员奖。
