--Prada, which is listed in Hong Kong, started a full review of Versace after gaining access to its latest financial and sales figures, according to Bloomberg's sources.
--Those familiar with the matter said there is no guarantee that the review will result in a formal offer, Bloomberg reports.
--Prada declined Bloomberg's request for a comment, while Capri Holdings did not immediately reply to a request for a comment.
