Rollins (ROL) said Wednesday it is launching a private offering of senior notes without specifying any details about the size or terms of the offering.
The pest control company plans to use the net proceeds mainly to repay debt incurred under its senior credit agreement, among other things, according to a regulatory filing.
ROL shares were up 1.2% in recent trading.
