WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) requested a halt in trading on the Australian Securities Exchange as its board discussed matters related to governance, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
WiseTech Global anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until either the earlier of an announcement by the firm to the bourse or the commencement of trading on Feb. 24.
