大唐新能源将于2月22日开始支付19亿元债券利息
2月17日，大唐新能源（01798）发布公告，宣布将于2025年2月22日开始支付2023年面向专业投资者公开发行的可续期公司债券的利息。此次付息涵盖自2024年2月22日至2025年2月21日的期间，债券的年利率为3.62%。本期债券的总发行额为19亿元，债券代号为138968.SH，名称为“2023年可续期公司债券（第二期）（品种二）”。
公司与中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司签订了委托代理协议，负责债券的兑付和利息支付。公司承诺将在付息日前2个交易日将利息款项足额划入指定银行账户，确保投资者能够及时获取利息。若未按时支付，后续兑付和利息工作将由公司自行负责。
