智通财经APP获悉，内房股今日普涨，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)涨4.28%，报1.95港元；万科企业(02202)涨3.63%，报6港元；中国海外发展(00688)涨3.39%，报14.02港元；新城发展(01030)涨3.19%，报1.94港元。
消息面上，国家统计局今日公布数据显示，2025年1月份，70个大中城市中，一线城市商品住宅销售价格环比继续上涨，二三线城市环比总体略降；一二三线城市同比降幅均持续收窄。此外，据网上房地产数据，上个周末，上海的二手房市场已明显回暖。2月15日，上海二手房（含商业）网签成交1125套，2月16日网签成交976套，周末两日日均成交1051套。
平安证券表示，当前楼市量价较高点已明显回落，叠加首付及利率下调，居民置业门槛已大幅改善，尽管存量库存较高、房价及收入预期仍制约楼市表现，但该行认为市场急跌已过。随着更多高得房率、高品质好产品入市，或带来部分需求由二手房市场回流至新房市场，带来好产品市场率先企稳，短期重点关注3月楼市表现。
