智通财经APP获悉，上海电气(02727)午后涨超6%，截至发稿，涨4.23%，报3.21港元，成交额6.14亿港元。
消息面上，上海电气此前发布盈喜，经财务部门初步测算，预计公司2024年度归母净利润为6.8亿元至8.1亿元，同比增加138%到184%。财报预增主要由于毛利额及毛利率有所上升；优化债务结构、经营性现金流进一步改善，财务费用有所下降。
值得注意的是，2024年10月，上海电气宣布，全资子公司自动化集团拟以现金方式收购电气控股持有的宁笙实业100%股权。宁笙实业为工业机器人相关业务的持股管理平台，持有发那科机器人50%股权和发那科国贸25%股权。而发那科机器人，是宁笙实业跟日本发那科合资的公司。发那科是全球最大的专业数控系统生产厂商，提供工业机器人以及工厂自动化解决方案。
