格隆汇2月19日｜荷兰国际集团经济学家James Smith在一份报告中写道，英国物价通胀的总体趋势仍在下降，这使得英国央行有望在今年四次降息。今年年初整体通胀反弹，反弹幅度超出预期，从表面上看，这对英国央行今年逐步降息的计划构成了挑战。但总体通胀（如公用事业）和服务业（如机票）的一次性影响都是这一上涨背后的原因。剔除这些因素后，整体通胀正在放缓。这将有助于巩固今年四次降息的预期。
