2月18日消息，港股谭仔国际涨63.33%，报1.47港元，成交额1867.18万港元，总市值19.8亿港元。

　　公司公布，持股74.26%的大股东Toridoll提出私有化建议，每股现金要约价1.58港元，较停牌前收报溢价75.56%，涉及最高现金代价约5.56亿港元。计划生效后，公司将申请撤销股份于联交所的上市地位。
