智通财经APP获悉，周二，英特尔(INTC.US)涨9%，报25.73美元。据报道，美国芯片制造大厂英特尔可能分拆，分别由台积电及美国博通公司接手。相关公司正就潜在收购案进行评估。知情人士透露，目前，博通与台积电的谈判尚处于初步阶段，双方仍未达成合作共识。台积电还在考虑控制英特尔部分或是全部的芯片代工业务，其投资方式也还未确定。
