China Southern Airlines (HKG:1055, SHA:600029) approved the appointment of Zeng Yong Chao as its executive vice president on Tuesday, a same-day bourse filing said.
The board also approved the appointments of Chen Zhe as the chief pilot, and Cai Qi as the chief security officer on the same day.
The appointments approval came as Wu Ying Xiang and Wu Rong Xin ceased to be the executive vice presidents due to work changes.
