百奥家庭互动（02100）近日与腾讯集团续签关联交易协议，此次续签主要涵盖两大部分内容，分别为《傲世奇谭手游》合作协议与微信支付服务协议。

　　公告显示，《傲世奇谭手游》合作协议期限为三年，协议规定百奥旗下广州天梯通过腾讯移动游戏平台运营《傲世奇谭手游》，并根据玩家充值金额按照一定的比例进行分成。截至公告日，广州天梯已向腾讯支付258万元。

　　消息公布后，百奥家庭互动股价连续多个交易日上涨。2025年2月18日，其股价盘中最高涨幅达11%，最高涨至0.345港元，股价创出近一年新高，最终收盘于0.320港元，单日涨幅为3.23%。百奥家庭互动股价上涨反映了投资者对双方长期合作稳定性的认可，尤其是腾讯作为持股方及平台方带来的资源加持效应。

　　百奥家庭互动是一家专注女性、宠物对战及二次元等细分游戏的开发商，其于2014年4月10日在港交所上市，公司旗下《傲世奇谭手游》等产品在Z世代用户中颇具影响力。

　　此次续约进一步巩固了其与腾讯的生态绑定，腾讯的流量入口与支付体系为游戏分发及变现提供支持，而百奥家庭互动则凭借细分市场研发能力丰富了腾讯游戏产品矩阵。
