【因盗取420万美元的前Bybit发薪负责人拒不执行法院命令，被判入狱六周】2月20日消息，因盗取420万美元公款的前Bybit发薪负责人Ho Kai Xin拒不执行法院命令，于法院判决后花费近84万美元购买永久产权顶层公寓和路易威登奢侈品。由于违反高等法院的命令，这名32岁的女子于1月27日因藐视法庭而被判入狱六周。 此前消息，2023年7月，加密交易平台Bybit起诉负责公司内支付工资的Ho女士滥用职权，将大量USDT转移到她秘密拥有和控制的地址。新加坡高等法院普通庭7月25日维持判决称，普遍承认加密货币为财产，加密资产的持有者原则上拥有普通法承认的无形财产权，作为诉讼中的物品，因此可以在法庭上强制执行。法院判决Ho女士立即向Bybit支付所有转移的款项与利息。
