Natural Cool Holdings (SGX:5IF) said ClosetDesign has exercised its option to purchase a property from the company, located at 9 Kaki Bukit Road Eunos Technolink, Singapore.
This follows the company's initial announcement on Feb. 5 regarding the proposed SG$1.1 million sale.
With the exercise of the option, Natural Cool has received 5% of the total consideration.
