Wuling Motors Holdings (HKG:0305) said its chief executive officer, Song Wei, resigned due to the management redesignation program of Guangxi Automobile Holdings, the ultimate parent company, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company appointed Yang Jie as Song's successor. Yang has 27 years of experience in sales and marketing, mostly in the automotive industry. Both changes are effective Feb. 18, the filing added.
The company's share prices were down by 3% at the end of trading on Monday.
