Odaily星球日报讯 前 BTC-e 运营者 Alexander Vinnik 的律师 Arkady Bukh 证实，在其上周获释后，美国已“放弃（dropped）”针对 Vinnik 的案件，加州北区法院已确认将撤销对 Vinnik 的所有指控。 Bukh 说：“法官批准了我们的请求，案件已被撤销。我们设法与检察官办公室达成协议。在听证会上，检察官办公室同意撤销指控。我们的客户现在在美国有了清白的记录。” 律师还称，该判决是“一种独特且罕见的情况”，并补充道：“我们认为这是一次伟大的胜利。”（塔斯社） 此前消息，据《纽约时报》披露，作为与俄罗斯交换的一部分，美国将释放涉嫌网络犯罪的俄罗斯头目 Alexander Vinnik，以换取美国公民 Marc Fogel 获释。 Vinnik 曾运营 BTC-e，该交易平台曾是全球最大的加密货币交易平台之一。他于 2017 年被捕，并应华盛顿方面要求，因涉嫌通过该平台洗钱 40 亿美元而被拘留。今年 5 月，他对洗钱共谋指控表示认罪，并面临 20 年监禁。
