又一家“A+H”! 中伟股份拟赴港上市，为特斯拉、宁德时代供应商
2月11日晚间，中伟股份（300919.SZ）发布公告，为深入推进公司“发展全球化”战略部署，打造国际化资本运作平台，助力全球产业布局持续升维，加快构建国内国际双循环格局，公司拟发行H股并在港交所上市。
有报道称，中伟股份正与摩根士丹利、华泰证券合作，筹划在香港上市，或集资4亿至5亿美元，但细节仍在讨论中。
中伟股份主要从事锂电池正极材料前驱体的研发、生产、加工及销售，主要产品包括三元前驱体、四氧化三钴，分别用于生产三元正极材料、钴酸锂正极材料。
值得注意的是，特斯拉、三星SDI、LG化学、中创新航、宁德时代等均为中伟股份的客户。
财务数据方面，2024年前三季度公司营收301.63亿元，同比增长15.17%，归母净利润13.24亿元，同比下降4.54%。
在国际化布局上，2021年中伟股份全面开启国际化，将印尼作为首站。2023年年报中表示，公司加速在印尼的前后端冶炼的一体化布局，建立印尼莫罗瓦利、纬达贝、南加里曼丹、北莫罗瓦利四大原材料生产基地，同时韩国、摩洛哥、芬兰等产业基地建设正在有序推进中，逐步完善全球布局。
