智通财经APP获悉，京信通信(02342)今早高开后曾飙升近11%，随后跳水走跌，盘中一度跌超13%。截至发稿，跌3.6%，报1.07港元，成交额1.29亿港元。
消息面上，京信通信宣布，拟向Ocean Link Investment Limited(其实益持有人为易磊)配售合共310,407,322股新股，及向英特尔公司旗下Intel Capital Corporation 配售合共31,040,732股新股。配售价每股1.09港元，较2月17日收市价1.11港元折让约1.8%，所得款项总额合共约3.72亿港元。净额约3.72亿港元，拟用作一般营运资金。
值得注意的是，此前该公司发布盈警，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度集团母公司拥有人应占亏损将取得不多于6亿港元，而上年同期母公司拥有人应占利润则取得约670万港元。公司指，期内综合亏损主要由于全球电信运营商延迟网络资本项目的建设，导致集团于本年度的营业额及毛利下降；集团积极处理相关的存货报废；终止公司建议京信网络进行分拆及京信网络的A股于中国上海证券交易所科创板独立上市的财务影响合共约1.6亿港元。
