新世界(00017.HK) 北角新盘“皇都”成为今年第一个首轮沽清红盘，推出约一个月累售188伙，套现逾22.5亿元。首轮开卖168伙即日售罄，因此加推4号价单共76伙，将于本周三(19日)进行次轮销售88伙。
新世界发展营业及市务(特别项目)部总监何家欣称，首轮开卖即日售罄反映买家对集团产品的钟情及信任，称这是现香港楼市的“希望之光”。
