【中信银行：向中信金租增资30亿元】金十数据2月20日讯， 中信银行发布公告称，2025年2月20日，中信银行董事会审议通过对全资子公司中信金融租赁有限公司增资人民币30亿元，并同意中信金租将人民币30亿元未分配利润转增注册资本。公告显示，本次增资不构成《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》规定的关联交易，不构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产重组，同时，本次增资尚待有关监管部门批准。
