智通财经APP获悉，据报道，港交所(00388)正重组上市发行服务团队，中国区上市发行服务部主管Winnie Han最近已离开港交所，而团队其他几名成员亦已离职。报道指，发送给Han的一封电子邮件收到自动回复称，她已经离开公司。

报道称，港交所中国区上市发行服务部负责与潜在的发行人和市场参与者建立关系，由于香港极为依赖中国内地的公司上市，该团队尤其重要。媒体预测，今年香港首次公开募股(IPO)的筹资额将翻一番，达到220亿美元，主要得益于中国内地公司的上市，例如宁德时代。

根据Han的领英资料，她自2018年以来一直在港交所任职，之前曾担任瑞信方正证券的股票资本市场联席主管。

港交所去年任命徐经纬为环球上市服务部主管，他曾任职瑞信和野村。
