智通财经APP获悉，2月18日，德意志银行(DB.US)宣布，Alison Harding-Jones将接替Mark Fedorcik(在德银工作30年)担任投资银行联席主管、Origination & Advisory全球主管，并加入集团管理委员会，自4月1日起生效。
作为投资银行联席主管，Harding-Jones将与负责固定收益和货币交易(head of fixed income and currencies trading)的Ram Nayak一起监督整个投资银行部门。
Harding-Jones将向德意志银行企业银行和投资银行主管(Head of Corporate Bank and Investment Bank)兼管理委员会成员Fabrizio Campelli汇报工作。
资料显示，Harding-Jones，于2024年1月加入德意志银行，担任全球并购(M&A)主管。此前，她曾在伦敦花旗集团工作，担任过EMEA并购业务主管、EMEA企业和投资银行业务副主席、以及全球并购交叉销售集团主管。在加入花旗之前，她在瑞银集团(前身为 S.G. Warburg)工作逾25年，担任过多个高级职位，包括亚太区并购业务主管、CEEMEA投资银行业务主管、EMEA并购业务联席主管。Harding-Jones其职业生涯中曾在伦敦、香港和纽约生活工作过。
