智通财经APP获悉，腾盛博药-B(02137)逆市涨超20%，截至发稿，涨17.74%，报1.46港元，成交额1944.72万港元。
消息面上，腾盛博药此前宣布，公司已与VBI Vaccines, Inc.和其部分子公司("VBI")及其债权人K2 VBI Equity Trust, LLC和K2 HealthVentures LLC重新签署协议，收购与BRII-179相关的知识产权(IP)及其他资产。根据协议，公司将完全收购BRII-179的专利、技术诀窍和相关材料，消除了需向VBI支付的所有未来里程碑款项和特许权使用费。腾盛博药将支付的总对价为1,800万美元。
高盛认为，中国政府近年来推出的一系列创新激励政策，正在为生物科技企业创造更加有利的发展环境。2024年《全链条支持创新药发展实施方案》的出台，进一步优化了药品审评审批、医保支付、投融资等政策环境，为创新药企业提供了强有力的政策保障。高盛指出，中国作为创新来源地的地位日益凸显，并将在全球范围内获得更广泛的认可。该行持续看好中国的领先生物科技公司，预计数家头部企业将在强劲的销售增长和严格的支出控制下不断提高运营效率，从而在2025/26年实现收支平衡。
