智通财经APP获悉，迈富时(02556)早盘放量大跌近29%，截至发稿，跌27.74%，报57.7港元，成交额2.45亿港元。
消息面上，据公司此前发布的公告显示，该公司多名现有股东禁售承诺的最后日期为2025年2月15日。其中包括Investment Limited Partnership、Jiaxing Hengjie Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)等。据统计，迈富时此次累计解禁股数1.12亿股。值得注意的是，公司近期发生多次存仓异动。2月3日及12日，迈富时分别存入富途证券国际香港2737.17万股及长桥证券香港902.43万股。
此外，迈富时日前公告，黄少东因工作安排调整及决定投入更多时间于其自身的海外业务而提出辞任非执行董事，自2025年2月16日起生效。据悉，迈富时是国内在AI Agent应用领域的先锋开拓者之一。公司此前配股净筹超1亿港元，约70%用于营销和销售领域AI大模型技术的研发，包含训练Tforce营销领域大模型、构建智能体中台，以及智能体在场景的商用落地；约30%用于补充营运资金及一般企业用途。
