ComfortDelGro (SGX:C52) has opened investigations into alleged fraudulent taxi transactions relating to and against its A2B reported by The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age Australia and on 60 Minutes, aired on Channel 9.
The reports presented serious allegations of scams and fraudulent transactions against wholly owned subsidiaries, A2B Australia and Cabcharge Payments, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The company has maintained its zero-tolerance stance towards such activities and the matter is currently being investigated by A2B.
