智通财经APP讯，美东汽车(01268)发布公告，董事会欣然宣布于2025年2月18日议决建议采纳2025年购股权计划。2025年购股权计划的目的是确认及认可合资格参与者对集团已作出或可能作出的贡献，以期(i)为公司提供灵活的方式向合资格参与者支付酬金及/或提供福利;(ii)吸引、挽留及激励合资格参与者继续为集团的增长及发展作出贡献;及(iii)透过向合资格参与者提供收购公司所有权权益及成为股东的机会，使合资格参与者的利益与公司及股东的利益一致，从而优化其表现及效率，为集团带来裨益，尤其是在实现战略目标方面。
