【中信证券：汇金系券商股权调整有望推动证券行业新一轮并购】金十数据2月17日讯，中信证券研报称，财政部拟将所持长城资产、东方资产、信达和中国证券金融股权划转至中央汇金。中信证券称，随着股权划转的完成，中央汇金旗下具有重要影响力的证券公司升至8家，汇金系券商的股权调整有望推动证券行业新一轮并购。分析师田良等在报告中指出，本次股权划转是对于2023年3月印发的《党和国家机构改革方案》的进一步落实。本次划转后中央汇金旗下具备重要影响力的证券公司增至8家，分别为中国银河、中金公司、申万宏源、信达证券、东兴证券、长城国瑞证券、中信建投和光大证券。后续关注证券行业同一实控人下行政化与市场化并购主线。划转完成后，中央汇金实现AMC业务集中，提升国有资本配置效率。
