金吾财讯｜晶泰控股(02228)公布，拟配售最多3.42亿股，占经扩大已发行股本约8.52%。每股配售价格为6.10港元，较上交易日收市价折让约5.86%。待配售事项完成后，假设配售股份悉数获成功配售，配售将筹集的所得款项总额将约为20.88亿港元，而配售产生的所得款项净额(经扣除所有适用成本及开支，包括佣金及征费)估计约为20.8亿港元。鉴于公司的强劲表现以及乐观的市场前景及展望，公司相信，现时是筹集额外资金以用于以下用途的适当时机：(i)产品持续迭代升级，提升研发技术能力和解决方案能力，数据生成及模型建立；(ii)产品商业化及业务发展，加强与从事于与本集团类似及互惠互利行业的外部各方及合作伙伴的业务合作，扩大本公司的规模及市场份额；及(iii)潜在机会收购及投资、人才吸引与引进、营运资金补充和一般公司用途。
