Aspen (Group) Holdings (SGX:1F3) has agreed to extend the deadline for its joint venture agreement with Kerjaya Prospek JV to April 6 to allow more time to meet conditions, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The agreement involves Aspen's indirect unit, Aspen Vision City, and Kerjaya Prospek JV.
