智通财经APP获悉，华虹半导体(01347)午后拉升走高，尾盘涨幅扩大近20%。截至发稿，涨19.88%，报30.75港元，成交额46.04亿港元。
消息面上，华虹半导体发布2024年第四季度业绩，销售收入5.392亿美元，同比增长18.4%，环比增长2.4%。毛利率11.4%，同比上升7.4个百分点，环比下降0.8个百分点。母公司拥有人应占损失2520万美元。高盛认为，考虑到公司管理层透露第二个12英寸晶圆厂预计将于2025年开始量产，且公司2024年第四季产能利用率已接近100%，预测产能扩张计划可支持公司未来长期增长。
值得一提的是，国海证券此前研报指出，华力微或有望注入上市公司，协同效应可期。公司招股说明书（A股）披露自公司首次公开发行人民币普通股股票并于科创板上市之日（2023年8月7日）起三年内，在履行政府主管部门审批程序后，华虹集团将华力微注入华虹半导体。华虹半导体和上海华力业务定位不同，华力微注入后公司晶圆代工布局将更全面，也能共享客户基础。
