Mapletree Logistics Trust Issues 8.9 Million New Units for Fees

Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) issued 8,885,893 new units at SG$1.2641 each to pay fees for the period from Oct. 1 to Dec. 31, 2024, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The issuance includes 7,755,310 units for the base fee with respect to certain properties and 1,130,583 units for property and lease management fees, the trust said.

Mulberry Pte. Ltd. received the units, bringing its holdings to 863,506,440 units, while the manager holds 6.3 million units. The total unit count now stands at 5.07 billion.

The price was based on the volume-weighted average price on the Singapore Exchange during the last 10 business days of the period.
