智通财经APP讯，绿城中国(03900)发布公告，于2025年2月18日，公司、子公司保证人、德意志银行，汇丰，国泰君安国际，摩根大通，东吴证券(香港)和瑞银就于2028年到期的本金总额为1.5亿美元8.45%的优先票据的发行和出售订立认购协议。该等新票据将会和将于2025年2月24日发行的2028年到期的本金总额为3.5亿美元8.45%的优先票据构成同一系列票据。除发行价格外，该等新票据和原始票据的条款和条件一致。
新票据的发售价将为新票据本金额的100.50%，发行收益率为8.258%。本次新票据发行降低了公司票据发行的成本。
新票据发行所得款项总额将为1.51亿美元。公司拟将所得款项净额用作为现有债项的再融资，包括但不限于为同时进行的购买要约提供资金。
