Toridoll Holdings (TYO:3397) Holding is proposing to take Tam Jai International (HKG:2217) private in an all-cash deal worth HK$556 million, a Monday bourse filing said.
Toridoll, which holds a 74.26% stake in Tam Jai, is offering to buy and cancel the shares it does not yet own for HK$1.58 apiece in cash, a 75.56% premium to the company's last closing price.
Tam Jai, a rice noodle chain operator, will be delisted from the exchange after the transactions are completed.
