Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT, NZE:VNT) reported Monday that its earnings per diluted share for 2024 rose to AU$0.2548, from AU$0.2201 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of AU$0.27.
Revenue for the 12 months to Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$6.11 billion, up 8% from AU$5.68 billion in the same period last year. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$6.26 billion.
The essential infrastructure services provider expects underlying net profit after tax, excluding tax-effected amortization of acquired intangibles, for the current year to grow 7% to 10% compared with 2024.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.1063 per share, up from the AU$0.0941 in the previous reported period, payable on April 7 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 28.
