智通财经APP获悉，香港财政事务及库务局副局长陈浩濂表示，香港金管局将会推出人民币贸易融资流动资金安排，计划本月底正式启动，为银行提供稳定和成本较低的资金来源，支持银行向企业提供人民币贸易融资服务，有关安排总额度1000亿元人民币。他说，香港金管局正与银行紧密联系，让银行全面了解各项操作细节并做好准备。
陈浩濂出席有关人民币国际化论坛致辞时又表示，香港金管局正着力提升债券工具中央结算系统(CMU)，以发展成为亚洲主要的国际中央证券托管平台。香港亦会提升固定收益市场基建，例如为人民币计价回购交易建立中央清算系统，令在港发行的国债在离岸市场成为更受欢迎的抵押品，同时确保香港市场基建具备长远发展的承载力。
他表示，国家财政部已连续17年在港发行人民币国债，至去年底累计发行总额度3660亿元人民币，财政部本月亦会发行125亿元人民币国债。
