【商务部：中国市场的巨大商机和科创活力始终是跨国公司的优先选项】金十数据2月20日讯，2月20日，商务部外国投资管理司司长朱冰表示，跨国公司调整在华投资规模和业务主要有几种类型：一是劳动密集性企业根据发展战略和国内外比较优势，在全球范围内调整布局、转移产能。二是投资转型升级，不少外资企业顺应国内产业升级趋势，积极调整在华投资布局。比如有企业增加了新型显示、新能源、电池等高技术产品产线，这是一种产业升级换代；部分企业也扩大在华研发中心投入。三是分散投资，一些企业受地缘政治等因素影响，开始将一些新增投资分散到其他国家。朱冰表示，总的来看，外资企业反馈，中国市场的巨大商机和科创活力始终是跨国公司的优先选项。
