Hysan Development (HKG:0014) returned to a profit attributable to owners of HK$35 million for 2024, against an attributable loss of HK$872 million logged for the previous year, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange said.
Earnings per share stood at HK$0.03 for the reporting year, compared with a loss per share of HK$0.85 recorded for the year-ago period.
The residential property manager company's turnover for the reporting period was HK$3.41 billion, 6.2% higher than HK$3.21 billion booked a year ago. The increase is attributable to increased rental income during the reporting period.
The board recommended a second interim dividend of HK$0.81 per share for the reporting period, the same as in the preceding year.
