智通财经APP讯，美兰空港(00357)发布公告，预期集团截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财政年度)的年度业绩将取得净亏损不多于4亿元(集团于截至2023年12月31日止年度取得净亏损约人民币1.69亿元)。
预期亏损主要由于，于2024年，公司根据仲裁案件第二阶段仲裁裁决(也是该案的终局裁决)及其后公司与仲裁申请人的磋商，支付有关和解金额。倘剔除仲裁案件影响，预期集团2024财政年度净亏损将与上一年度基本持平;剔除仲裁案件影响后的其余亏损主要系因美兰机场二期扩建项目相关资产的折旧摊销和运营费用大幅增加，美兰机场的生产运营指标增长带来的收入增加尚不足以覆盖新增的运营成本。
