消息面上，2024年12月1日起，水资源费改税试点在全国范围内全面实施。国泰君安指出，水资源费改税单列于终端综合水价，漏损率作为水资源税计算参数将引导企业改善管网漏损，供水企业调价机制有望进一步完善。
中泰国际去年12月指出，中国水务25财年中期业绩胜预期。期内贵州、湖北、河南三个项目的水价上调申请已通过听证会，超过20个城市也已启动调价程序，预计最少1-2个项目可于25财年期内获得调价批准。该行指出，公司饮水运营收入持续增长；惠州石化污水项目推动运营收入。此外，公司期望资本开支由24财年的53.3亿元分别下降至25-26财年的约36亿及20亿元，提升分红比率至最少30%。
