智通财经APP讯，中信银行(601998.SH)发布公告，董事会同意全资子公司中信金融租赁有限公司(以下简称“中信金租”)将未分配利润中的人民币30亿元转增注册资本，并同意公司通过现金方式对中信金租增资人民币30亿元。本次增资完成后，中信金租注册资本将由人民币40亿元增加至100亿元，公司仍持有中信金租100%股权。
