Lifeward (LFWD) said Wednesday its Chief Executive Larry Jasinski will retire in Q2.
The company said a special committee will lead the search for a new CEO, considering internal and external candidates.
Lifeward said it is postponing its Feb. 20 investor event until after a new CEO is appointed.
The company said it expects 2024 revenue of about $25.7 million, within its previous guidance of $25 million to $26 million.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $25.3 million.
Lifeward will provide its 2025 financial outlook during its earnings call the week of March 10, the company added.
Shares of the company were down more than 2% in recent Wednesday trading.
