IT之家 2 月 18 日消息，韩媒 Chosun 昨日（2 月 17 日）发布博文，报道称三星电子将任命半导体专家进入董事会，从而在 AI 时代增强市场竞争力。
IT之家注：三星电子董事会构成此前受到批评，被认为官僚和金融专家过多，且技术专家不足，而与之形成鲜明对比的事，台积电董事会主要由半导体专家组成。

三星电子于 2024 年年底启动重大高管调整，专注于半导体业务，而最新消息称三星电子计划将董事会中的半导体专家人数从 1 人增加到 3 人，实现三倍增长。
董事会会议定于 2 月 18 日举行，以最终确定内部和外部董事的任命。消息称 DS 部门负责人 Jun Young-hyun 将担任内部董事，同时考虑任命 DS 部门 CTO Song Jai-hyuk 或 Foundry Business CTO Nam Seok-woo 等技术专家，此外该媒体预计将任命一位半导体学术专家，以填补 Kim Han-jo 离任后的空缺。调整后，内部董事将增加到 4 人，DX 部门和 DS 部门各占一半。
