Aspen's (SGX:1F3) attributable profit to owners of the company declined 29% to 67.5 million ringgit for the fiscal half year ended Dec. 31, 2024, from 94.6 million ringgit a year earlier, a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange said.
Earnings per share dropped to 0.0623 ringgit compared with 0.0874 ringgit in the comparable period.
Revenue declined 27% year over year to 106.9 million ringgit from 146.2 million ringgit, mainly due to lower sales of completed projects.
Shares of the company were down nearly 4% in recent trading.
