【绿城中国：拟额外发行将于2028年到期之8.45%的美元优先票据】金十数据2月18日讯，绿城中国(03900.HK)在港交所公告，公司拟进行一项关于额外发行将于2028年到期之8.45%的美元优先票据的国际发售。该等新票据将会和将于2025年2月24日发行的2028年到期之本金总额为3.5亿美元8.45%的优先票据构成同一系列票据。除发行价格外，该等新票据和原始票据的条款和条件一致。该等新票据将根据美国证券法项下S规则仅于美国境外提呈发售。截至本公告之时，新票据的总额及发行价格尚未落实。
