　　电讯盈科发布公告，于2025年1月28日，买方PCCW NewsCo Limited（公司的间接全资附属公司）与卖方New Class Holdings Limited订立买卖协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买目标权益，总代价为7000万港元，将透过现金结算。于完成后，目标公司Clermont Media Limited将成为公司的间接全资附属公司。
