Global Lithium Resources (ASX:GL1) appointed Richard O'Shannassy as its independent, non-executive director and chairman, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
O'Shannassy has more than 40 years of experience in the resources and property sector, the filing added.
Company shares were down 2% in recent trade.
