智通财经APP获悉，华虹半导体(01347)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨4.83%，报31.5港元，成交额8亿港元。
消息面上，华虹半导体此前发布2024年第四季度业绩，销售收入5.392亿美元，同比增长18.4%，环比增长2.4%。毛利率11.4%，同比上升7.4个百分点，环比下降0.8个百分点。母公司拥有人应占损失2520万美元。浦银国际表示，公司整体产能利用率保持高位。该行预期今年公司收入端将保持增长势头，这主要得益于新增产能以及下游客户需求的复苏和增长。
申万宏源指出，根据招股书，华虹半导体定位于特色工艺晶圆代工，上海华力定位于先进逻辑工艺晶圆代工。自华虹公司首次公开发行并于科创板上市之日起三年内，按照国家战略部署安排，在履行政府主管部分审批程序后，华虹集团将华力微注入发行人，预计后续有望带来积极影响。国海证券也表示，华虹半导体和上海华力业务定位不同，华力微注入后公司晶圆代工布局将更全面，也能共享客户基础。
