　　华虹半导体（01347）盘中涨逾6%，截至发稿，股价上涨2.33%，现报30.75港元，成交额11.63亿港元。

　　申万宏源指出，根据招股书，华虹半导体定位于特色工艺晶圆代工，上海华力定位于先进逻辑工艺晶圆代工。自华虹公司首次公开发行并于科创板上市之日起三年内，按照国家战略部署安排，在履行政府主管部分审批程序后，华虹集团将华力微注入发行人，预计后续有望带来积极影响。

　　国海证券也表示，华虹半导体和上海华力业务定位不同，华力微注入后公司晶圆代工布局将更全面，也能共享客户基础。
