智通财经APP获悉，国富氢能(02582)早盘涨近5%。截至发稿，涨4.9%，报150港元，成交额780.8万港元。
消息面上，2月12日，西门子、国富氢能以及国富部分此股的德国公司RCT GH Hydrogen签署了一份谅解备忘录(MOU)。根据谅解备忘录(MOU)，国富氢能指定西门子为其整个扩张计划的首选供应商和技术合作伙伴，其中包括在德国建立生产基地和氢气生产基地。
据介绍，三方的合作内容覆盖多个关键领域：在电解槽开发和工程方面，西门子运用自身技术专长助力国富氢能，共同研发更高效、更具扩展性的电解槽及相关系统；在新工厂建设上，从德国开始，西门子为国富氢能新的电解槽制造厂提供设备，推动其在欧洲的制造能力落地；三方还携手开发、建设和运营新的制氢工厂，从整个价值链的角度推动绿色氢能产业发展。
此次合作旨在全球范围内拓展绿氢市场，尤其计划在非洲大陆开展绿氢项目，国富的5MW碱性和质子交换膜(PEM)技术将应用于这些项目中。国富氢能董事长吴品芳表示：“此次合作将显著加速我们在全球市场的扩展，并巩固我们作为绿色氢能解决方案领先提供商的地位。”
