由于波音公司一再推迟交付新一代“空军一号”，美国总统特朗普威胁称，他“可能不得不考虑另辟蹊径”。

　　“他们永远不能完成这该死的东西，”特朗普周三晚间在沙特公共投资基金于迈阿密举办的会议上表示。“实际上我是要两架飞机，我们可能不得不另辟蹊径，因为他们拖得太久了。”

　　特朗普在第一个任期内曾亲自参与与波音公司有关新一代“空军一号”的谈判，现役机型已服役三十年。美国空军承诺向波音支付35亿美元用于该项目。

　　但该项目一直受延期困扰。按照最初计划，首架747本应在特朗普第二任期开始时交付，但波音在改装两架现有飞机时遇到技术难题，同时还面临零部件短缺和工人流失的问题。为了降低成本，特朗普政府当时同意取消部分功能，例如空中加油能力。

　　上周末，特朗普参观了一架停放在棕榈滩国际机场的波音747，注册信息显示，这架飞机曾归卡塔尔王室所有。

　　据媒体周三报道称，特朗普的助手们曾讨论是否可以购买一架豪华喷气式飞机并进行改装，同时让波音继续建造新飞机。但这一方案可能会牺牲关键的通信和安全功能。该报道发布后，波音股价一度下跌1.7%。
